I Hopped on the NFT Train

I listened to 2 different Podcasts on Spotify and 2 videos on YouTube to learn about this.

And if I'm being totally honest, I'm f*ckin scared.

I sell on https://openea.io/ under my name FredLalas.

My head was RACING the whole time (still kinda is).

What if I don't make it?

What if I do make it and it's too much for me?

What if _____

Yeah, I did it.

I logged into an NFT website and I now sell my artwork as NFTs.

I really do fear the risks, but as an entrepreneur, as a path paver, as one of the early pioneers, I have something to really let sit into my head as an entrepreneur.

Anything and everything is a risk.

Everything thus far I've been guided out by God and the universe.

Diving into nursing school, walking out of my childhood home mid schooling, and paving a life of my own?

I still graduated.

Me quitting nursing to save my marriage and new family, and become an artist?

I'm still doing it.

Me selling my artwork for Crypto?

I did it.

Everything that involves some form of growth in life involves risk.

And if anything, the ego definitely gets in the way.

We attach ourselves to certain outcomes.

At the core of it, predicting the outcome is a defensive mechanism to keep us safe. Based on behaviors and potential events, we statistically predict what may or may not happen when we perform an action, especially when taking a risk.

I am worried, but as an entrepreneur, you're like a shark. You MUST keep moving or you will die. In this case, worrying about your 1 investment is bad for the potential success of your upcoming investment.

Make sense, Frederick?

No?

I'll explain it another way:

Instead of worrying about this thing you just did, go out there and WORK that ART.

I always forget that I have multiple art facets.

And I want to say that's normal since most of us are condition to worry and fear any sort of loss instead of concentrating on potential wins.

If you're in a hole of despair, worry, and you feel unworthy of success, just know you're worth the effort to see what's on the other side.

remember,

you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

-someone said it.

Get at it, entrepreneur. Get to work.

Not just on your job, I mean on yourself.

-Fred
